• SMart IT Agency’s total liability, in any case, will not exceed the amount paid by you for the services provided in the previous 12 months.

• Either party may terminate the service engagement at any time with prior written notice.
• Upon termination, all outstanding fees become immediately due, and you will be responsible for any costs incurred up to the date of termination.
